Do you offer a payment plan?

Post-Sales Questions:

Where can I see my sales and how do I get paid?
All affiliates can get access to their detailed site and sales
reporting directly from the Affiliate Members area. First go and login
to your personal affiliate website:
http://thesgrprogram.com/members/
Now click on “Sales Reports” to be taken
to your detailed site reporting tools. On this page you will see your
daily visitors and how many leads you have captured today. You will
also be able to grab the email addresses of your leads if you would
like to contact them personally.
From the “Sales Reports” you will be able
to go to the Financial Portal to see review your detailed sales stats
as well as specify your payment preferences.
2.
How and when do affiliates get paid?
Affiliates get paid every 30 days. Payments are made either by check or
via PayPal.
This will be the 15th of the month following the purchase and
shipping of the product. For example. If the product was purchased in
March and shipped before the end of March payout will be April 15th. If
you select Paypal you would have funds immediately on the 15th.
Login to your Members area and then click on “Sales
Reports” to get access to the Financial Portal.

Affiliate Site Registration Problems
Please note that in order to register your own affiliate website you
MUST enter your name, last name, and email address EXACTLY as you
entered them when you first purchased the SGR product.

2.
I am having trouble playing the videos
All videos on The SGR Program website are hosted by YouTube.
To play YouTube videos you have to make sure that you have the Adobe
Flash player installed on your computer. If you are still having
problems viewing the videos, please try a different computer first. In
most cases, the problem is caused by your computer and not by the
website since the site has been thoroughly tested across dozens of
computers.
3.
My affiliate site does not load correctly
Did you try to customize (edit the copy) of your site? If yes, then it
is very likely that the problems you are experiencing are caused by the
changes that you have made. Please go back to customize (edit the copy)
of your site and revert back to the default page. This should fix your
problem since the default version has been tested across dozens of
computers.
If you are still experiencing problems, then it is most likely
caused due to some unique settings on your computer. For example, we
noticed that in isolated cases Norton Anti-Virus might accidentally
prevent certain parts of your page to load correctly.

How does sales tracking for affiliates work?
Sales tracking is based on cookies and the last affiliate gets credit
for the sale.

Do I have to host my own site?
No. We have taken care of everything for you. All you need to
do is register your own SUB-DOMAIN on thesgr program.com. For example:

How does the email auto-responder system work?
Every SGR Affiliate site comes with a fully integrated auto-responder.
You site visitors will see a sign-up form to receive free lessons on
your site and when they sign-up on the form, they will automatically
start to receive their free lessons.
Every single FREE lesson includes a link back to your own
affiliate account so when customers later want to make a purchase you
can be sure to get the credit. Since we use cookie tracking you still
get the lesson even if customers make a purchase directly from the main
page.

I am having problems receiving the FREE lessons?
If you signed up to receive the FREE lessons but have not received
anything in your inbox, then it is time to check the spam folder of
your email account.
Since you have never received an email from us before, your
email provider may accidentally flag your FREE SGR lesson as spam.
Please go to your spam folder immediately and mark it as non-spam to
ensure that future lessons will be delivered directly to your inbox.
